Players to Watch at East Coast Showdown
iDom
One of the biggest names to keep an eye on at the tournament is iDom. He’s a former Capcom Cup winner who has also won the last East Coast Throwdown event. That was competing in Street Fighter V. However, he’s still in the top contenders in the newer SF 6 meta.
Shine
Another name you’ll often see thrown out for most of the major SF 6 tournaments is Shine. He’s had solid placements across tournaments in the newer SF release. While he hasn’t grabbed a win yet, he’s had plenty of 2nd place finishes and this could be his chance to take the top spot.
Coach Steve
Coach Steve is a SF 6 player who has had good results across tons of the best fighting games. He’s achieved big things in FighterZ, Mortal Kombat, and a fair few good results in SF 6 too. He’s one of the best players to watch in a few different fighters at the event. That includes SF 6 at East Coach Throwdown 2023.
