Guilty Gear Strive is one of the most popular fighting games, represented across tons of the biggest tournaments. The game has been out for quite a few years, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t go down from time to time. We’re about to get another batch of Guilty Gear Strive downtime. This latest downtime will take key parts of the game offline for a few hours.

Guilty Gear Strive might have been out since 2021, but it’s still getting plenty of updates. There are balancing changes, new items, loads of new features constantly getting added. As with most online games, that means we occasionally see GGS downtime. If you’re looking to grind online, you’ll need to know when the downtime starts and ends. This is what you need to know to avoid Guilty Gear Strive downtime interrupting your schedule.

When is the Guilty Gear Strive Downtime?

The GGS downtime is coming soon to give time for developers to update the game with the latest Guilty Gear patch notes. When can we expect though? These are the official times that have been given when the game will be going offline.

PDT – November 1 – 00:30 AM – 2:30 AM
UTC – November 1 – 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
CET – November 1 – 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

That’s when the game will be going offline for a short while. Strangely, it isn’t the only major fighting game to have downtime on November 1st. SF 6 Downtime is scheduled for the same day! These games are getting pretty different patches though.

What’s Offline?

That’s when the Guilty Gear Strive downtime will start. The title will be offline during this period, but it won’t have all of its features inaccessible. Players will still be able to enjoy all of the offline content. Online matchmaking and other elements that require a connection won’t be available though.

The latest GGS downtime is going to come with a decently sized patch for the title. In terms of the exact changes, we’ll have to wait and see what Arc have up their sleeves for the game.
