The Brawlhalla World Championship is our culmination for a new entire years’ worth of competitive events. Over the course of the tournament, we’ll see the world’s best Brawlhalla players come together to compete to find the top competitor for the 2023 season. So far, we’ve seen events running year-round to find some of the top competitors. Here all international players will compete together, for a share of the giant prize pool.

Who are the contenders at the Brawlhalla World Championship and how will the entire tournament work though? This is what you need to know.

Brawlhalla World Championship

The Brawlhalla World Championship is kicking off on November 3, running through to the 5. The event will see the players who triumphed at our Brawlhalla tournaments throughout the year get together in one place. Each winner from the different regions will go head-to-head. The tournament features an impressive prize pool for a fighter, with $1,000,000 in total. This is a staggering prize for 2023 esports for Brawlhalla. There are a few different tournaments with the prize money split evenly between 1v1s and 2v2s.

Each tournament is going to start with pools. Here we’ll see all of the entrants compete in matches narrowing things down. There are three different phases to pools. That’s followed by a full double elimination bracket, where we’ll see the only the top players up against each other. We’ll see these matches take place until we find our Champion for Brawlhalla.

The Brawlhalla World Championship is a finale for the year’s esports, but this isn’t a stripped back restrained tournament. There’s still quite a large number of players turning up, hundreds of different players competing for the top prize. The price pool this time around is rivalling that of the Capcom Cup X, so you can expect players to be playing their best.
