Project is one, if not the, most anticipated upcoming fighting games. The foray into the genre from Riot Games has been the subject of a lot of speculation, but fans have another chance to check out a playable Project L demo really soon. The game will be receiving a new demo, playable at Worlds Fan Fest. Where fans of League of Legends will be celebrating the finale for that game’s competitive season, fan fest will let them get a chance to play quite a bit of the game’s fighters over November 16th-18th.

Playable Project L Demo Coming at Fan Fest

The new demo for Project L contains quite a bit of the final game’s roster. We’re going to be getting a hands on with four different characters. There’s Ekko, Ahri, Darius, and Yasuo who will all be playable. This is similar to some past demos, but at Worlds there will be plenty of fans getting some time with the title.

We’ll likely see quite a few takes from players in attendance at the event. Project L is an ambitious entry into fighters from Riot Games. It’s likely to capture a competitive crowd that a lot of new fighters struggle with, simply from its developers’ pedigree.

We’re likely still a little while out from a full Project L demo that you can play at home. The game is increasingly being shown off at in-person events though. The title is a 2-v-2 tag team fighter, which is a unique angle compared to most of the major releases. There’s still a lot of unknowns about Project L though. Even the name isn’t exactly clear, with Project L simply being the name for the untitled fighter. We do know the game is going to be a live service title, using some standard fighter controllers for directions and moves. Hopefully we learn a bit more about the game from the upcoming Project L demo.
