Markoon leaves SK Gaming for a new LoL adventure

According to Sheep Esports, the Dutch player has reached a verbal agreement with the new organization and will leave SK Gaming after one year. Despite having decent results, including a fourth place in the LEC 2023 winter split, the jungler had to find a new team given the arrival of rookie jungler Isma to the SK roster.

It was mentioned that jungler Linas “Lyncas” Nauncikas was the second option in the jungle. With Markoon taking that place, Lyncas is likely going to join Karmine Corp in the LFL instead.

Infinite Reality is completing its roster

Infinite Reality’s new LEC team will no longer run with the KOI nameplate, now that the two brands have decided to terminate their partnership. While it’s unclear whether the team will go with the Rogue brand or something else, the organization has been making steady moves with its lineup.

Aside from Markoon, Infinite Reality reached a verbal agreement with support rookie player Zoelys, who will be replacing Advienne in the bottom lane. Sheep Esports also reported that Larssen will be remaining with the organization despite losing KOI as a partner.

With these three signings, as well as Szygenda and Comp under contract going into 2024, it looks like Infinite Reality has finalized their lineup:

Jungle: Markoon
Mid: Larssen
ADC: Comp*
Support: Zoelys

*: still under contract with the organization.

Now that Markoon is confirmed on Infinite Reality’s roster, the only two organizations with a jungler to be confirmed are Team BDS and FNC. BDS Sheo’s contract terminates this year, while Razork still has one year until the end of his.
