When does the promotion run?  You can secure the game gift until December 6, 2023 at 2 p.m.

For whom is the game worthwhile?

AC Syndicate has divided opinion since its release: Some find it yawningly boring, others celebrate it as one of the best parts of the series. In our big series ranking it lands at the bottom of the list, but that doesn’t make it a bad game by any means.

London still looks incredibly chic eight years after its release and the feeling of scaling Victorian rooftops at lightning speed using grappling hooks has lost none of its fascination. The Frey siblings were also the first time that two assassins could be played alternately.

You shouldn’t expect a particularly complex story; the main villain is too clichéd for that. However, there is entertaining action cinema, a really chic open world and of course you will meet a few characters you know from history lessons. We discussed the game in detail at the time of its release, here you can find out all its strengths and weaknesses:

In addition to the Ubisoft promotion, there are currently also free games to grab from Epic, as always, we always keep you informed about the weekly offer. And yes, Syndicate has been free at Epic in 2020, in case you’re wondering why you have it in your library.
