S8UL Esports recently announced that it was tying up with smartphone brand iQOO for its SOUL BGMI Roster. After letting go of its previous team, the popular esports organization has signed a completely new roster to be a part of the iQOO Soul BGMI lineup. S8UL has picked up the former team of Blind Esports, who have recently been the most dominant squad in the country.

Who are the players in the iQOO Soul BGMI Lineup?

Soul Esports’ deal with iQOO is a naming rights one. Thus, the team will now be called iQOO Soul in all future tournaments. While Soul Esports’ earlier lineup performed well in certain events, they weren’t able to lift the trophy. In fact, the team’s last victory came during the BGMI Pro Series (BMPS) in June 2022.

The previous year, 2023, wasn’t an ideal year at all. They failed to qualify for the BGMI India Series (BGIS) 2023 and had poor performances in the Masters Series (BGMS) 2023 as well as the Skyesports Championship 5.0. The only silver lining was the 2023 edition of the BMPS, where the defending champions managed a fifth-place finish.

Meanwhile, Blind Esports had the most dominating 2023. They won back-to-back third-party online events after BGMI returned to the country and also achieved first-place finishes in the Skyesports Championship 5.0 LAN and the BMPS 2023. With such consistency, S8UL has now picked up the entire roster, including their analyst and coach to be a part of Team iQOO Soul.

The new lineup consists of the following:

Jokerr
Manya (IGL)
NaKul
Rony
Spower
Ayogi (Analyst)
Mayavi (Coach)

With the fanfare of the Soul name and the former domination of this roster, Team iQOO Soul has immediately become a favorite to win the upcoming BGMI tournaments in India. Only time will tell if this team can keep its calm, keep their rivals at bay, and maintain their consistency. They certainly have all the ingredients, though, to continue being the best BGMI squad in the country.
