Outcast – A New Beginning
(Genre: Action-Adventure – Developer: Appeal Studios – Release date: March 15 (Steam)
20 years after the acclaimed first part, which helped shape the genre of open-world games, the protagonist Cutter Slade returns to the alien world of Adelpha in Outcast – A New Beginning . He finds a planet whose natural resources have been plundered and whose population, the Talans, have been enslaved by robotic invaders.
Tribes 3: Rivals
(Genre: Shooter – Developer: Prophecy Games – Released: March 12 (Steam/Early Access)
If you were one of the online shooter pioneers at the turn of the millennium and played games like Unreal Tournament or Quake 3, you will probably also be familiar with the team shooter Starsiege: Tribes
With Tribes 3: Rivals twelve years after the rather unsuccessful Free2Play spin-off Tribes: Ascend, the game series aims to build on its old strengths: a fast-paced gameplay experience thanks to skis and jetpacks as well as tactical depth created by the different armor classes and their individual weapons.
Star Wars Battlefront: Classic Collection
Genre: Shooter – Developer: Aspyr – Release date: March 14 (Steam)
The Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection celebrates the 20th anniversary of the popular series and revives the multiplayer mode of the two classic games. The collection includes Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2 with additional maps and all bonus content previously only available on console. The biggest obstacle to a successful comeback is likely to be the sporty price of 34 euros.

Monday, March 11
Hellbreach Vegas (Early Access): The horde shooter from one-man studio Infinity Ape lets you wipe out waves of demons in co-op. New weapons are of course available from the slot machine – after all, you’re in Las Vegas here.
Stellar Settlers (Early Access): In this construction game, you have to build a colony on alien planets, mine resources and fend off adverse conditions.
Tuesday, March 12
Goblin Stone: Darkest Dungeon, but in reverse: To prevent your goblin tribe from being wiped out, you must assemble a group of brave greenlings who will then leave their cave and hunt down adventurers.
Contra: Operation Galuga: In case you were wondering what the fourth legendary series is: Contra is back! In the 80s and 90s, Konami’s run&gun shooters were a worldwide success, released in Germany under the name Probotector.
Wednesday, March 13
Ys X: Nordics: The JRPG series Ys can also look back on a long history, with the first installment being released 37 years ago. According to the developers, the tenth installment on the PC will have ultrawide support and no framerate limit.
Thursday, March 14
Crown Wars: The Black Prince: This tactical role-playing game is likely to make many GlobalESportNews readers prick up their ears. Medieval setting, XCOM-style turn-based combat and 25 hours of story campaign – that’s probably all we need to say.
