Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) the globally popular MOBA title for Android and iOS is getting even better with Project NEXT FOR YOU. The project is a part of MOONTON’s plans to usher in a new level of experience for players as the game turns seven years old.

Here’s everything coming to MLBB as a part of the NEXT FOR YOU project. This includes the revamped emblem system, new lore, an updated UI, a new marksman hero, rank tier, anniversary rewards, and more.

NEXT FOR YOU dives into Eruditio with a new UI and a revamped interface

Eruditio is known as the city of scholars in the Land of Dawn. The upcoming update on July 1 allows players to dive deeper into the city, which is home to heroes like Laylaw, Bruno, and Diggie. The upcoming marksman hero, Ixia, also has a strong history attached to the city.

As a part of the updated lore, the in-game UI for the game is changing to a blue and purple tone. This isn’t all, though, as in September 2023, MOONTON will release a revamped UI and map layout as well.

New marksman: Ixia to join the game soon

MLBB NEXT FOR YOU update is also bringing a new hero to the game. This time, it’s a marksman hailing from the Agelta Drylands. Ixia’s abilities haven’t been revealed yet, though.

However, players have been given a background story of her. Her origins lie at Agelta Drylands. She was a Sand Hunter, but she was able to break the stereotype of looting merchants when she met Layla in Eruditio.

Ixia is expected to be released into MLBB on July 8. MOONTON will be revealing more details about her soon.

NEXT FOR YOU revamps emblem system into MLBB

One of the anticipated changes coming to MLBB is the revamped emblem system. MOONTON has been working on it for a while and has taken a lot of community feedback for it as well.

Now, players will be able to completely customize emblem sets for each hero. Thus, you will now be able to attach any talent attribute to heroes.

The new system gives players a lot of freedom. With this, they will be able to make combinations freely and pave the way for players to test out a variety of builds. Additionally, purchasing emblems will no longer require BP, which can be saved and spent on new heroes instead. MOONTON has said that it will be revealing more details about the new emblem system soon.

September Anniversary, Layla’s Workshop, and a new Ranked Tier

MLBB was released way back in 2017. Now, the developer is preparing to host the seventh-anniversary celebrations. MOONTON has confirmed that it will happen in September which will celebrate the launch of new in-game features and more.

Additionally, a new feature called Layla’s Workshop is also coming as a part of Project NEXT FOR YOU into MLBB. This workshop offers players a much higher involvement in the development process.

Here, players will be able to gather and share their feedback on update proposals. There will even be a vote which will be held to finalize the proposal.

Lastly, a new rank in joining MLBB called Mythical Triumph. It’s replacing the Mythical Glory as the highest tier in the game. Now, players will have to climb through nine ranks to reach the top.

Once you reach Mythical Triumph, you are officially one of the best players in the game and will be matched against professional-level players.
