Just a short while after the offical unveiling, news is coming thick and fast about Mortal Kombat 1. Today we’ve learnt when the general public is going to get their first chance to play the latest game, with the Mortal Kombat 1 Online test!
This early demo is a chance for developers to stress test their services. However, it’s also going to let us try out the new characters and mechanics like Kameos. The Mortal Kombat 1 online test comes a bit ahead of an official demo at EVO, so we’ll get to try out the characters just as the top players at tournaments will.
Mortal Kombat 1 Online Test
If you registered for the Mortal Kombat 1 online test, you can now find out if you’ve managed to get in! Players who were selected for the test will have received their emails today and we’ve got news about when the demo will be opened up.
The Mortal Kombat 1 online test is taking place on June 23-26. These dates will see players able to access a demo version of the game online. It isn’t the full title, contents are similar to the Tekken 8 test that’s taking place soon. This will include online matches, one-v-one, and a limited version of some of the single-player content like the Klassic Towers mode.
Even if you haven’t managed to get into the Mortal Kombat 1 Online test, streamers and top players will be checking out the title over these days. It’ll be easy to see how the game is progressing and get a much more complete look at what’s coming.
The Mortal Kombat online test is taking place on those dates at the end of June. Unfortunately, this doesn’t include Mortal Kombat crossplay. The online test is also not running on Switch and PC. Although, this will be a fun trial at what’s eventually coming with the game.
