Rumours on Twitter suggest that The Last of Us Part III will go into production this year. For this, five new roles are said to be cast, which could probably play an important role in the further course of the game.

After two great video games and a successful first season the The Last of Us community is naturally looking forward to more. This could come “soon”, if some rumours on Twitter are to be believed.
(One user, for example, claims) that motion capture and dubbing will begin this year. In addition, the five new characters Lucas, Mason, Val, Ezra and Gracie (introduce). These are said to be a group of marauders who have chosen a Victorian house in an as yet unknown town as their base.

All I can say is I’ve been very vocal for quite awhile that THE LAST OF US PART III is in development and others are finally noticing. Major filming is happening this year.

But who will take the lead roles in the Last of Us Part III? As the rumour confirms, Ellie will of course be back and take an equally big role as in the previous part. Conversely, this could mean that we will also get to see Abby and Lev again. At least we still have some open questions Part II.
