The esports scene in India is about to witness a significant milestone. The Skyesports Masters tournament, currently in progress, has announced the location for its LAN playoffs. The much-anticipated event will take place at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru, marking it as a pivotal moment in the country’s esports history.

The playoffs, scheduled for August 26 and 27, will see the top four teams from the Skyesports Masters League stage vying for a whopping INR 2 crore prize pool. This event is particularly noteworthy as it will be the first LAN esports event hosted in an Indian stadium since 2019.

In a bid to make the event more engaging, the organizers have planned a host of activities for the fans. These include live performances and fan engagement activities, ensuring a thrilling experience for everyone present. What’s more, entry to the event is free for all fans!

The League Stage of the Skyesports Masters, which commenced on July 8, 2023, is currently in full swing. Eight franchises, including 7Sea Esports, Enigma Gaming, Gods Reign, Marcos Gaming, Medal Esports, Reckoning Esports, Revenant Esports, and Velocity Gaming, are battling it out in a double round-robin format until August 17, 2023.

Shiva Nandy, Founder and CEO of Skyesports, expressed his excitement about bringing India’s biggest gaming tournament to Bengaluru, a city known for its PC gaming enthusiasts. He expressed gratitude towards their partners, AMD, Windows 11, Flipkart, and Zebronics, for their support in making the tournament a reality.

The tournament is being live-streamed on various platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch, allowing audiences worldwide to follow the game.
