Saints Row is considered a controversial open world adventure that received a lot of praise, but also a lot of criticism. Now the last DLC will soon be released.

What hasn’t been discussed about the new Saints Row . Since the announcement, there has been a lot of discussion about whether this has anything to do with the DNA of the series and whether the developers aren’t trying to tap into a generation that they don’t really understand themselves.

In the end, the game wasn’t really bad and received some praise, for example, it even reached a 77 in our test. In the end, however, the action game is considered more of a flop. This is also shown by the fact that the last DLC is already being released about a year after the release.

Last DLC just before Steam release

The development studio Volition recently announced the release date for the third major and final Saints Row DLCOn August 8, the expansion A Song of Ice And Dust will be released. It is not yet known what content awaits you here in detail. However, there will be a new storyline as well as various new cosmetic items and weapons.

In any case, part of the story will take place in Vallejo. A new district of the city of Santo Ileso, which was already brought into the game with a (free update) update. The update also provided several bug fixes as well as the possibility to save the game even with activated cheats.

In addition to the release of the final DLC, the date for the Steam release was also revealed, which will take place just a few weeks later. From 24 August, you can also buy Saints Row on Steam
