LoL Patch 13.18 – New update, new skins!

After Patch 13.17 went live on August 30, here’s what we can expect in the upcoming Patch 13.18 and how the meta will shift.

LoL Patch 13.18 – Street Demon skin line will be live

Patch 13.17 came with quite a few interesting changes, as Riot has been looking to deal with the damage creep from recent times. As a result, they decided to lower the damage of most bruiser items, and compensate that nerf with more tankiness. They took a similar approach with the champions as well, lowering the damage of certain bruisers and making them more durable.

Blue Essence Emporium was supposed to be back with the start of the new patch, but Riot confirmed it will be delayed for one week, meaning that the special shop will be live only starting from September 6. It will, however, last two weeks, as the shop will close on September 20.

Since Patch 13.17 just came out, we will have to wait a bit to find out what changes we will have. With the newest LoL champion Briar in the works and the upcoming changes that will affect the Worlds meta, the game developers have a lot on their hands.

What we know for sure, though, is that there will be a new skin line coming in Patch 13.18: Street Demon, with a couple of champions being part of the skin line (you can find the splash arts below). There will also be a Crystalis Motus skin for Taliyah, which is the one you saw in the featured image above.

Aside from this information, there are currently no leaked changes for the upcoming patch. We will be updating as soon as something is revealed, so make sure to come back soon to check out the latest updates.
