In new trailer, ASUS shows off the limited edition ROG Matrix Platinum GeForce RTX 4090, which could potentially be the fastest of its kind.

Unusual features like liquid metal for GPU cooling and a 360mm radiator hint at high performance. The PCI Express 4.0 card has 24.0 GB GDDR6X VRAM like all RTX-4090 models, but a particularly high boost clock of 2,700 MHz.

There are no surprises with the maximum supported resolution of up to 7,680 by 4,320 pixels and the connections. The output is done via the two HDMI 2.1 or the three DisplayPort 1.4a ports. Despite the five ports, “only” four displays are supported.

However, the model is space- and power-hungry, because you not only need 2.5 slots, but also a power supply with 1000 watts is recommended. However, the price is the most extreme: The RRP is 3,399 euros. The card should be available in stores at the beginning of October at the latest.
