The Arc System Works title is coming to the end of its supported life, but players are still finding ways to push the game forward, the upcoming tournament is a great example of that. Nitro’s a player who stands out across fighters at CEOTaku, he’s one of the top names to watch in GGS at the event, but could go all the way with FighterZ too. The FlyQuest player is coming in hot. He’s just won Summer Jam, got third at EVO FighterZ 2023, and won Combo Breaker. With these recent results, he definitely looks like a strong player for the tournament. He even won the 2022 CEOtaku tournament, so he’s coming in as a returning champion.

Lucar

Lucar is looking like one of the stronger players for FighterZ at CEOTaku 2023. He might have only managed 25-32 at the last EVO, but he’s got some great results this year. He won both Texas Showdown and Fighter Fest, along with getting 3rd at Combo Breaker and 4th at CEO. The player definitely could take the top finish here.

Punk

Punks one of the top SF players entering quite a few games, including FighterZ, at CEOTaku 2023. While other games might be the focus, he’s managed some strong results in Dragon Ball in the past. That includes 7-8th at CEOtaku 2022. While the player might be more focused on other titles, he definitely can’t be ruled out this year.
