There are a lot of scenarios and situations that can happen at Worlds and just like every year, making predictions is a fun way to create hype and expectations for the tournament. Regarding the 90/50/10 predictions, these are some of our guesses:
90% – An LPL or LCK team wins Worlds
50% – JD Gaming wins the grand slam this season
10% – No LCS or LEC team makes it past the Swiss stage
This is another prediction from one of our contributors:
90% – Full Asian final
50% – Two LPL teams fail to go through the Swiss stage
10% – A minor region team makes it to semifinals

This is an interesting take. Matt Manuelson didn’t predict the results but rather focused on the gameplay side of things, suggesting the pick-or-ban presence of some of the strongest champions in the meta. It will be intriguing to see how close or far he is from those.
