Next-level hardcore extraction gameplay – that’s how ambitious Project L33T’s plans are. A first trailer shows what this will look like

Escape from Tarkov, Ready or Not, Squad – the list of established hardcore tactical shooters is long, but Project L33T wants to enrich the well-served genre with its own approaches in the near future.

On paper, however, the feature set of L33T initially reads familiar if you have played one of the titles mentioned at the beginning: Modern arsenal of weapons, realistic environments, intense gunfights in confined spaces.

Where it gets exciting, however, are the survival and role-playing game elements But before we get started with the story and gameplay, here is the first trailer for the game:

It pinches and tweaks my whole body

What’s it all about The plot in L33T is, as expected, utilitarian and serves primarily as a backdrop for the extraction gameplay.

As a member of the private mercenary troop L.3.3.T. you enter the Zone – an area that is extremely dangerous after the Event due to storms, anomalies or other hostile elements.

Your goal is to recover valuable artifacts As you can see, this is all still quite vague. Every mission in the zone should feel unique to you, which is partly due to dynamic weather conditions and different times of day

(Project L33T offers dynamic weather, among other things, to make the missions on the map more varied.)

Role-playing and survival elements: Let’s move on to the aforementioned features with which L33T aims to stand out from the crowd of tactical shooters

Your character has an individual health value, which can be improved with equipment or in other ways. You also need to be aware of a number of factors that can kill you even without a bullet in the chest, including dehydration, blood loss, fractures, bruising, poisoning, exhaustion and more.

Other planned features of L33T include:

An extensive character customization with hundreds of cosmetic items

An equally extensive customization of your firearms

Online co-op or AI soldiers to support you

Missions that you can accept from merchants in a base of operations and receive valuable discounts for completing them
