Larian Studios has announced two big news about Baldur’s Gate 3 in the last few days. Firstly, the date for the announcement of the Xbox version has been revealed. Secondly, the Deluxe Edition was announced for all platforms.
Over the last few months, Larian has had to reassure players several times that the Xbox version of Baldur’s Gate 3 will be released this year. However, as no concrete date has yet been set, the critical voices have never completely dried up. But soon even the last complainers will probably have no more reasons to grumble
A few days ago, the Belgian developer revealed that the release date would be unveiled during this year’s Game Awards. So fans should mark December 7 in their calendars
But the good news doesn’t end there. Yesterday afternoon, the Deluxe Edition of Baldur’s Gate 3 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S was also announced. It contains 32 stickers, 2 attachable patches, a poster, a world map, a Deluxe Edition box and the soundtrack. You can find all the details on the corresponding website, where you can also pre-order the edition. The Deluxe Edition will be released in the 1st quarter of 2024 and will cost 79.99 euros.
