The Brawl Stars Championship 2023 is approaching its final stages. Before the best of the world head over to the World Finals, the LCQ is set to take place to determine four of the slots in the event. The LCQ is set to happen in Katowice, Poland on Oct. 7 and 8 as a LAN event.

Who are the 16 teams in the Brawl Stars Championship 2023 LCQ?

Sixteen teams from around the world are set to compete in the event for the four slots in the Brawl Stars World Finals 2023. These teams represent the squads which performed well but couldn’t make it to the top of their regions to get a direct slot at the World Finals.

The 16 teams are as follows:

EMEA: SK/ANR/FUT, ANR/SK/FUT, HMBLE, and Natus Vincere
SA West: Dastos F/A and Reconic Esports SA
East Asia: Reject and Chasmac Gaming EA
SEA: Team Flash and Rising Sun SEA
India: Revenant Esports and 4 Button
NA East: Chasmac Gaming NA
NA West: STMN Esports
SA East: QLASH
China: Fenice

Supercell has revealed a short and high-octane format

The 16 teams have been split into four even groups. Each group will compete in a double-elimination style bracket with the top two teams advancing to the Playoffs. The matches will be the best-of-three sets with each set being a best-of-three as well.

The top teams from the groups will then face off against each other in the Playoffs. There is no bracket at this stage. Instead, the eight remaining teams will face off once with the winner of each match earning a Golden Ticket to the Brawl Stars World Finals 2023. In the Playoffs, every match will be the best-of-five sets with each set being a best-of-three.

The four winners will then join eight other teams at the Brawl Stars World Finals 2023. The grand LAN event will happen alter this year at an undisclosed location. The teams will be fighting for a prize pool of more than $500,000 and the title of world champions.

You can catch all the action on the official Brawl Stars esports YouTube channel or through the events page. By doing the latter, you can even get in-game rewards for tuning into the competition. The group stage will take place on Oct. 7 while the Playoffs will happen on Oct. 8.
