One of the most interesting troops in Clash of Clans is the Goblin, which brings a whole new world of strategies into the game. For players who focus on resource building in the game, Goblins become their go-to choice because of their Gold Mines, Elixir Collectors, and Storage ability. There are two variations of Goblins in the game: Standard and Sneaky. Both of them have different roles.

While the Standard Goblin is quick on his feet and is known to target more resource buildings, the Sneaky Goblin is unlocked at a much higher Town Hall level and focuses more on invisibly attacking targets so that they are not detected for a while and can deal much higher damage to the enemy base.

Clash of Clans Goblin Troop Features

Goblins are known to be one of the most notorious troops in the game. They are fast and have a surprisingly high ability to loot. Here are all the features of a Goblin that are helpful in Clash of Clans:

Speed and Movement

In Clash of Clans, Goblins are small creatures, known to travel across the base extremely swiftly. Along with that, they are also known for moving across the base to collect loot and resources, which helps a lot during the village raids.

Hitpoints and Damage

Even though Goblins aren’t the most powerful troops, they have enough in them to survive a few attacks. This comes in handy when they carry out attacks. Furthermore, the damage they deal to Gold Mines and Elixir Collectors is high.

Training Time

What makes Goblins more effective in the base is that their training time is low. This will help players go on raids and collect a variety of resources. They don’t take up a lot of housing space as well, which makes them very good for the base.

Clash of Clans Goblins have a wide variety of uses. They are extremely useful when trying to farm for resources and because of their unmatched speed, they are good for attacks, as well as looting resources.

For Farming

When players try to farm with the help of Goblins, using the double damage ability of their troops is very helpful. For this, players have to go to the bases, which they think will be perfect for looting. From that moment on, players will have to release the Goblins into the base so that they can attack the resource pot. Players will then have to avoid the defense and then loot the resources.

For Attacks

To get the best attacks out of Goblins, players will have to use the following attack. Players will have to initiate the attack with the help of the Wall Breakers, which will help the Goblins get into the base. After this, players will have to distract the defense with the help of Minions or Dragons. Once this is done, use a combination of Jump, Haste, and Rage to reach the resource and loot.

For Collecting Resources

For collecting the loot, players will have to keep away from Wizard Towers and Mortars that release a lot of extra damage to the Goblins. The correct form of attack would be to use the Giants before the Goblins, which will help contain the splash damage. This is something that should also be kept in mind when building your own base.
