Fortnite has endless crossovers, but its biggest has been with comic book franchises! Fortnite X Marvel has been one of the most impactful. Over the years though, we’ve gotten multiple seasons with big DC Comics Fortnite content in the game.
The other popular comic series is home to Batman, Superman, and more. Loads of the top characters are in the game from DC Comics. It’s had crossovers nearing the size of Fortnite X Star Wars, even getting a dedicated POI in the past. This is what we’ve gotten so far from the crossovers.
DC Comics Fortnite Skins
The biggest part of the DC Comics Fortnite crossovers have been skins. There’s been a bit of content in the game. However, for the most part, Fortnite X DC Comics has mainly been a part of the item shop. These are all of the Fortnite DC Comic skins we’ve gotten in the past.

Those are all of the full-scale DC Comics Fortnite skins we’ve had! There’s a clear focus here on one franchise, Batman has gotten a lot more play. That’s really just Epic catering to what’s popular though, like making Gohan part of the Fortnite X Goku crossover. There are loads of Fortnite skins here, and there’s been some in the item shop, some in the Battle Pass, there’s been plenty of ways to unlock the content over the season!
In-Game Content
Fortnite DC Comics has gone further than just skins. Out of every Fortnite crossover, the bigger ones have managed to impact the game itself with items, POIs, and more. DC Comics was one of the first crossovers to move into the lootpool and island of the Battle Royale!
Back in Chapter 1, Epic Games added a Gotham City POI as part of the Fortnite X DC Comics event. This replaced Tilted Towers. It also came with a few Batman items, like his batarangs and a cape to redeploy your glider. This was all to celebrate Batman appearing the game’s Battle Pass.
Since that crossover, Epic has started doing this kind of thing every season! However, before we got a Spider-Man season and a Marvel Season, it was a DC Comics Fortnite event that first took centre stage, replacing the most popular spot on the map.
Since then, we’ve gotten Superman and loads more skins. We’ll likely see more of these skins in the future too, so keep an eye out for future updates including DC Comics content. We usually see new skins every time there’s a new DC movie (that’s marketed at least a little bit to a family audience). However, there are still plenty of bigger characters that could make it into the Battle Pass too.
