Cards to look out for

Fans of Digimon Adventure will be happy to note that BT14 adds more support for Tai Kamiya, Joe Kido, T.K and Mimi’s respective Digimon lines. The Red, Yellow and Green support is expected to hit heavy in the next format, with most of the cards predicted to see heavy meta relevance. The Training Cards are box toppers for Digimon TCG BT14. These cards will be staples in all kinds of decks due to their versatility in the game.

With one for each color, the respective Trainings search the top 2 cards and add one of the same color. They then are set in the battle area to use their delay from the next turn to reduce the next digivolution by 2 – the card’s initial cost.

These cards are expected to largely replace Memory Boosts in most decks because these cards can also pick up tamers. Unlike memory boosts cards, which have been popular up to this point. Some people, including Digimon content creators, are already hoping that Training Cards won’t remain unrestricted for long.

Other notable entries to this star studded set are Bagra Army support, and Etemon and Sukamon support. The latter gains access to an option card that allows for warp digivolution AND unique archetypal removal.
