Sophie McCarthy: First of all, congratulations on making it to the top six.

How are you feeling at this point in the tournament?

BOROS: I’m feeling so good, like, yeah. In the beginning when we lost against the Eternal Fire, it was a bit shaky and we was like, doubting ourselves. But we worked so hard and we did it so it feels really good.

Sophie McCarthy: Yeah, absolutely. I mean, you guys have had some comebacks. Yesterday against Navi after the shaky start, for example.

How do you go about coming back after being down, especially on that T-side yesterday?

BOROS: I think we have the strong mentality and have we have good experience, like in our team, like, Magisk and maden. So keep pushing and have, like, strong mental to keep playing and fight for the game to end.

What are the comms like during that time when you realize that you need to make a big comeback?

BOROS: I mean, we keep saying like:

“We need to fight, we don’t need to give up.”

Because if you give up, like, it will be over, like, so we need to just keep playing.

Sophie McCarthy: You’re the longest standing member of the team. You’ve had quite a lot of new additions.

How has that changed the way that you play the game?

BOROS: It changed a lot. Before, like, I didn’t have the good…Maybe for me, it wasn’t, like, a good coach. It wasn’t the good kind of team, you know that’s, like, has analyst stuff like this. So, with this team, I am more ready for the matches, you know. I can play my game and have everything ready for that.

Sophie McCarthy: You’ve had quite a lot of prep time, I guess, because you guys just joined at the group stage. Most of the players I’ve spoken to prefer to do play-ins.

Do you feel like you’re at a disadvantage starting from the group stage?

BOROS: I mean, if we didn’t have so much a long time to practice of course, it’s an advantage. But we’re learning every game and every game we go into, like, we have the new data to work in. So, I think we are improving every game and then showing up.

Sophie McCarthy: You’ve got a couple of days of prep time before playing the quarterfinals.

How you feeling about your next match against ENCE?

BOROS: Like, our next match, we know the crowd will be with them, because they have Polish guys. We need to have really strong mental because every time we lose some rounds, we can hear the crowd going crazy.

But I think, in my opinion, that they have something to lose, because they are playing in their playground. So, and I feel good going to this game, I think we are going to win to this game.
