Fortnite Festival is one of the bigger expansions in Chapter 5, a fully-fledged Guitar Hero-style rhythm game in Fortnite! While it gets new songs every day, Festival has its own season system. A bit ahead of the new Fortnite Battle Royale season, we’re getting Fortnite Festival Season 2.

Rather than swapping over along with the wider game’s season, Festival is getting unique resets. The first season was focused on the Weekend, this time it’s a Lady Gaga crossover. There are exciting new Fortnite skins, a new pass, and plenty of new songs to jump into with Fortnite Festival Season 2.

What’s New in Fortnite Festival Season 2

Fortnite Festival Season 2 is here! As we’ve ticked over, we’ve gotten a new Festival Pass. This is similar to the Battle Pass, but distinct with its own tiers. You can earn XP to progress through it by completing Festival-exclusive quests. It has both a free tier and a premium tier. For free players, you can unlock songs like cosmetics like Woodworker drums. Plus, three new songs to keep after the season is over:

8-Bit Beat
Bloom
Best Buds

That’s some of the free cosmetics. There’s a bit more on offer for the Premium Reward Track though. It costs 1,800 V-Bucks to get access too. Once you’re in you’ll quite a few more rewards. There are cosmetics like the Glitch Groove Aura, plus a full Fortnite Skin. A Lady Gaga outfit is in the game, featuring two different styles of the singer. There are also matching instrument skins to go with it. These are the tracks you’ll get in the premium tier.

All of this is going to be available in Fortnite Festival Season 2! Some of these songs have been in Fortnite leaks for a while, becoming a much-anticipated update for the game.

How Long Does Season 2 Last?

That’s the new content in the game, along with the new tracks being cycled in and out. How long do you have to finish up Season 2 though? The current end date for the season is April 22. The seasons for Fortnite Festival have been going quicker than those for Battle Royale. You’ll only have two months to work through everything.
