Honor of Kings is one of the most-played mobile games worldwide. However, the game is currently only available in Brazil and China with most of its 100 million plus player base, per Timi Studio, belonging to the latter country. What is the Honor of Kings Global Release Date?

Currently, the game is available to play in Brazil. Timi Studio has confirmed that the game will be launching worldwide in a phased manner in 2024.

Next up, select countries in the CIS region, South Asia, Middle East, and North Africa will be added to the release phase. Users in these regions can head over to the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store to pre-register for the title and get notified when it finally launches.

Timi Studio justified its decision to launch the game in a phased manner by saying that it wanted to “source feedback” from a wider audience before its eventual launch. Additionally, the slow launch will allow the developer to localize the game into multiple languages. This includes hero voicing by local talent across English, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, and Arabic. More languages will be added after the global launch.

Additionally, as the game gears up for a global launch, Honor of Kings has already announced ambitious esports plans including a $15 million investment into growing the game globally. This includes four global LAN events in 2024 alone.
