Full champions roster in Project L

Below you can find the list of the champions that are confirmed to be in Project L. While it’s likely that there will be more characters coming in, these are the ones that will be playable:

Ahri
Darius
Jinx
Katarina
Ekko
Illaoi
Yasuo

Ahri

Ahri is one of the most popular mid-lane champions. Aside from having a kit with high-skill expression in LoL, the fox has a gorgeous look, making it a perfect addition to the fighting game as well. She was already seen in some of the early development videos, meaning that Riot had the clear intention of featuring her in Project L.

Darius

It was almost certain to see a champion like Darius in Project L. The top laner is the perfect embodiment of how a character should be in a fighting game, with heavy-hitting attacks and that vibe of wanting to punch and slam everything to the ground.

Jinx

Considering her popularity, it was given to see Jinx part of the roster. Probably the most popular and recognizable champion in the game, she will maintain her craziness and beat enemies with her own weapons.

Katarina

While she hasn’t been talked about much, Katarina will appear in one of Project L’s trailers, revealing her ability to dash and leap forward for attacks. That said, it’s still uncertain whether she will maintain the dagger theme like in LoL, or whether we will see a revamped version of her.

Ekko

If Jinx is part of the game, then Ekko should be in it as well, and it was confirmed at the RiotX Arcane event. His hit-and-run kit is perfect as a playstyle in a fighting game, and it was shown he could execute quick combos and even escape from danger with his own ultimate, just like in Summoners’ Rift.

Illaoi

Illaoi was also revealed as a playable character before Evo 2022, with some concept splash art. Unfortunately, we haven’t seen how she will be gameplay-wise, and we will probably have to wait a bit more to find out.

Yasuo

One of the most hyped characters in LoL will be part of Project L as well. He is the latest champion to be added to the game, and some lucky people have been able to try him out at Evo 2023 with the demo gameplay. By maintaining his identity as a blade master, Yasuo uses his blade to cut through his enemies and perfectly wield the air and the wind.

If you want to find out whether new champions have been added, make sure to check in periodically.
