However, a game which has 100 players parachute onto the same map and fight for the chicken dinner is a bit demanding on the smartphone. If you are wondering if you can play, PUBG Mobile on your Android or iOS device, here are the system requirements for the game.

PUBG Mobile System Requirements

Apple/ iOS

Firstly, we’ll take a look at iOS. Here are the system requirements to play PUBG Mobile on your iPhone or iPad:

OS 9.0 or later
At least 4GB of free space

While the download size for PUBG Mobile on the App Store is about 2.4 GBs, it’s advised to have as much as 4GB of free space. This is because the game allows you to download additional content in-game. Once everything is downloaded, the total space PUBG Mobile on your iOS device will be around 4 GB. You can download it through the App Store.

Android

On Android, the system requirements to play PUBG Mobile are as follows:

Android 5.1.1 or above
2GB RAM or above
4GB free space

If you meet these requirements, you can head over to the Google Play Store to download the game.

What if you don’t meet the requirements?

Android users, have another option to play PUBG Mobile if they don’t meet the system requirements. You can check out PUBG Mobile LITE. This game only requires 1GB of RAM to play. The catch, however, is that it’s a separate game with 60-player BR matches which last 10 minutes.

If you don’t meet the system requirements on iOS, you will have to upgrade your tablet or phone to enjoy the Battle Royale title.
