Skull and Bones finally seems to have a final release date. Ubisoft now seems to be in the final spurt, the pirate game will soon be out

Land in sight! A journey of many years seems to be coming to an end. Ubisoft’s pirate game Skull and Bones has a final release date – at least that’s what the developers claim. After countless postponements, Ubisoft says it will be released in February 2024.

The open-world shooter is set to be released on February 16, 2024 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Ghost ships have release date on board

The trailer above was released as part of the Video Game Awards, and apart from sea monsters and ghost ships, it also contains the release date. There will probably be a lot going on on the seas of the Far East from mid-February onwards Let’s go!

The end of a journey

Skull and Bones has been going through a difficult development history for years. The game was originally scheduled for release around 2018, but Ubisoft made the decision to reprogram large parts of the game until it was finally released in a new look in 2022

However, the odyssey did not end here either: It was actually supposed to be released on November 8, 2022. But nothing came of it. The new date was March 9, 2023, but this date also slipped, with Ubisoft aiming for the end of 2023/beginning of 2024.

The exact number of times Skull and Bones has been announced and then postponed over the past few years has resulted in a list that hardly any other game can compete with.
