Supercell, known for some of the best mobile games worldwide, is looking to add another game to that list. This time, it’s in the form of a MOBA title called mo.co. While the game is unique, Supercell is also adopting a very unique marketing style for the game. Read on to find out what it is.

Join Supercell’s new game mo.co as a startup employee

The new game mo.co is essentially not a game which has “players.” It’s a technology company, per its description on X (formerly Twitter), and you will be a part of the team. The official website for mo.co even lists out job perks for being a part of the startup. These perks include “epic loot from dangerous bosses” and “unlimited travel to beautiful worlds.” Sounds like quite a job for a startup. Even the name suggests that mo.co is a “.co” (company).

Currently, mo.co is only accepting resumes from Android users in the U.S. for its first beta test. This is happening from Oct. 25 to Nov. 6.

The game is a MOBA title which is completely separate from the other Supercell titles. Players descend into a world while raiding different locations, collecting loot, defeating monsters, and upgrading their gear. From the beta, it looks like the game is a PvE title where players have to explore different worlds for supplies. Along the way, you will encounter a wide range of monsters and after defeating them, you can move on to the next world through a portal.

While the game seems great, its revealing does put one question in the minds of Supercell fans: “what about Clash Heroes?”

What does this mean for Supercell’s fellow under-development MOBA, Clash Heroes?

One thing that has been egging hardcore Supercell fans is what mo.co means for Clash Heroes. This is also an under-development MOBA title where players travel to different lands and complete quests. Supercell is known for killing off games and it’s unlikely that it would release two games in the same genre.

Clash Heroes naturally has a lot more love as it’s a part of the legendary Clash franchise and features characters from it. However, Supercell hasn’t given any solid updates about it since 2021.

Clash Heroes was revealed along with two other Clash titles, namely Clash Mini and Clash Quest. The Finnish developer has already ended development for Clash Quest in August 2022 because it “didn’t reach the bar,” the creators had set for the title.

Now, with mo.co coming in, the question of Clash Heroes’ future has intensified. Only Supercell can tell when and if the game is being released, though.
