Targmas was the only option for Karmine Corp during the off-season

According to a report by Sheep Esports, the Belgian player has reached a verbal agreement with Karmine Corp that will compete in the LoL EMEA Championship (LEC) next season. Sheep also mentions that Targamas was the KCorp’s only option during the entire off-season and the team has not pursued signing any other players in the support position.

This marks the return of the Belgian player to the premiere European league, following his one-year stay on G2 Esports in 2022 and a short period on XL at the start of 2023. Targamas earned his spot back into the LEC after a dominant year with Karmine Corp in the ERL ecosystem, culminating with the EMEA Masters Summer title won in Montpellier in September.

KCrop is left with two missing pieces on the lineup

With this move nearly completed, Karmine Corp are setting up themselves for an explosive start to their new journey in the LEC. Earlier this month, it was reported that both Bo and Upset would leave Team Vitality and join KCorp in 2024, under the guidance of head coach YamatoCannon. All three figures are reported to have reached verbal agreements. With that in mind, the rumored lineup is:

Top Lane: Lucas “Cabochard” Simon-Meslet
Jungle: Zhou “Bo” Yang-Bo
Mid Lane: Lucas “Saken” Fayard
AD Carry: Elias “Upset” Lipp
Support: Raphaël “Targamas” Crabbé
Head Coach: Jakob “YamatoCannon” Mebdi

Having said that, top laner Cabochard and mid laner Saken are yet to be confirmed regarding their renewal. Both players already played for KCorp in the past year, and they are expected to renew their agreements in the upcoming weeks.

With this announcement, most rosters are already shaping up to be confirmed prior to the start of the free agency period. If you want to know the rest of the rosters,  check out our LEC free agency and roster shuffle page with all the latest moves and rumors.
