Each season of Fortnite makes big changes to the map, introducing new POIs. Sometimes they even trash some of the best Fortnite landing spots from previous seasons too! Basically, for better or worse, each season upends the balance. There are new highlights in the Chapter 4 Season 3 landing spots and some old ones aren’t doing as well anymore.

The big new thing to think about for where to land in Fortnite has been the new Jungle biome. However, the old biomes aren’t as neglected as they were in previous handovers. The Chapter 4 Season 3 landing spots are actually quite a bit more balanced than previously. There are still some clear standouts here though. These are the best Fortnite landing spots this season.

Top Chapter 4 Season 3 Landing Spots

Jungle

The Jungle biome is on the smaller side for the new areas in Chapter 4. But it has tons of smaller spots and larger POIs worth landing at. Since there’s mud, bouncers, and launchpads around too, basically the whole biome is great. It’s one of the best Chapter 4 Season 3 landing spots.

The Jungle biome has more mobility than most of the map. It also has unique vaults which guarantee multiple rare chests. There are some Mythics here, which means you’re getting the best Chapter 4 Season 3 weapons if you can take down a boss too. It’s also relatively centrally located. It’s rare that you have to rotate too far from this spot.

Mega City

The best spot for last year still makes the list for Chapter 4 Season 3 landing spots. Mega City is still just as big. It still has the most chest spawns in an area we’ve seen before. The vault here now doesn’t spawn every game. However, it’s still worth landing at and you have a decent shot at the vault. There is decent mobility which is a nice bonus with the problems of C4 S3 so far too.

Until the Fortnite season ends, it looks like Mega City is still safely one of the top answers to where to land in Fortnite. It’s not as popular as some other Fortnite landing spots this season either, so there are even more reasons to land here.

Brutal Bastion

The largest of the snow area outposts has remained a great Chapter 4 Season landing spot from the last two seasons. It has still got a vault and a whole lot of spawns given the size of the area. On top of that, there are launchpads so you could move around the map pretty easily.

Since there are not as many people landing here, you can have a lot of Brutal Bastion to yourself. It’s crazy that such a well-stocked POI has so few players contesting it at the moment.

Slappy Shores

Slappy Shores is a POI that only really comes into its own over time. It might be pretty far out on the map but there’s decent loot and access to the Slap factory. It’s on the quieter side, so if you want to know where to land in Fortnite to avoid fights, it’s one of the better-named POIs. The slap factory guarantees some decent meds and sprinting. There are also plenty of cars about. With the low mobility that can pay off. The different types of buildings can be a big help for mats too.

The Racetrack

The last of the Chapter 4 Season 3 landing spots is the Racetrack near Mega City, a non-named POI. This spot is only for smaller groups. You likely won’t have too many other players landing. On top of that, it’s got great mobility with vehicles everywhere and a decent number of chests. It’s a more specialist Fortnite landing spots, but it deals with the mobility problems in this chapter pretty well.

Those are some of the best landing spots in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3. Some of the highlights of areas you can head to. The Jungle biome is home to a lot of quests, great for getting more XP to get those Battle Pass skins. However, each has something to offer. The map is a bit more balanced this season though, so you won’t have to stick to just a few places to get quality loot.
