Street Fighter 6 has been out for a little while now and payers have really started to get into the depths on what the game has to offer. There’s tons of content and the regular Street Fighter 6 patch notes keep things interesting with new additions, what if you want to add some more specific things to the game though? Like new characters, new costumes, crossovers that aren’t being worked on by Capcom, all of these are available through Street Fighter 6 mods.
With the game having quite a following on PC, mods are some of the best ways to expand the game and its features. They allow you to add more characters, different features, and generally customise the game to run exactly as you want it to. SF 6 is already one of the best fighting games, but you can still make some improvements by adding more to the title. If you want to get a bit more out of Street Fighter 6, these are the top mods for Street Fighter 6 available for now.
The Best Street Fighter 6 Mods
Juri Concept Art Outfit
Some of the most popular Street Fighter 6 mods are always those that fiddle with the costumes for characters. This one takes Juri and swaps her costume to be the popular original concept art for the character in Street Fighter V. This is a fun way to get an alternative look for one of the Street Fighter characters.
PS Button Input
This mod is specific to those who use controllers, rather than being a more general mod. It’s set to replace the box-specific button inputs with those for PlayStation. This will make the game visually line up with the preferred controller for a lot of players. With big events like SF 6 at EVO using PlayStation, a lot more players are using the Duelsense than the Xbox controller this time around.
Faster Start Up Street Fighter 6 Mods
This is a pretty simple mod. It gets rid of some of the start-up animations! You no longer have to sit through each company’s logo at the beginning of the game. Makes things a bit quicker to get into.
Realistic Stage Lighting
This one of the best Street Fighter 6 mods alters the lighting on the stages. It’s set up to give each of the stages more realistic lighting in the game. You can see characters interacting in a way that makes a bit more sense for the location that they’re in. Better shadows and details. It might not be the best mods for Street Fighter 6 to improve competitively in fighting games but it can be a lot of fun.
Ryu VFX Color Pack
This is a more minor Street Fighter 6 mod, but one that can add a nice bit of visual flair to the game. With this, you can change Ryu’s VFX to any color you like! If you’re maining Ryu in Street Fighter 6, it’s great to change things up a bit here.
