Exactly one year ago, a grotesque horror train made the Internet unsafe. Its name? Choo-Choo Charles. Its mission? To make an island unsafe. Soon he’ll be wreaking havoc on other platforms too.

Last year, Choo-Choo Charles gave us a scary Christmas on the PC. But the killer train with spider legs and a clown’s face is after more screens. As the one-man development studio Two Star Games announced last week, other platforms will also be unleashed on the madness in train form. On December 21, PlayStation and Xbox consoles will launch the gruesome gaming experience. This will be followed by the release on the Nintendo Switch on January 18, 2024

In the comments to the announcement, developer Gavin Eisenbeisz answers the community’s questions. He clarifies that Choo-Choo Charles is optimized for the Next-Gen consoles  Anyone playing last-gen will have to accept a downgrade in the graphics.

The absurd horror game should also be a sight to behold on the Switch too. Eisenbeisz promises mostly 30 FPS
