After all the crossovers and various stars that have appeared in the latest Call of Duty, we have three rappers as operators to finish things off.
There is no shortage of different operators and skins in CoD Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone . We can enter the battlefield as different characters from Call of Duty history, fight as normal soldiers, or choose one of the more unusual skins for a battlefield. The latter category also includes three new operators from the newly announced Season 5.
A crowning finale?
We don’t want to keep you in suspense unnecessarily: The three operators in question are rapper and actress Nicki Minaj, Snoop, Dogg and British rapper 21 Savage All three are to join the celebration of 50 years of hip hop in Season 5 of the latest CoD as operators. Nicki Minaj and 21 Savage were previously seen in a promo video
By the way, Nicki Minaj makes her first appearance as a female celebrity in Call of Duty . Besides the three rappers, there were also plenty of other operators you wouldn’t necessarily expect to see on a battlefield, here are some Highlights:
The footballers Messi, Pogba and Neymar.
The Shredder from the series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Cats, rabbits and rats.
Homelander and Starlight from the series The Boys.
A guy called Klaus who is, well, Father Christmas (or Father Christmas)
With the three rappers, the series of crazy skins probably ends for now, because already in November the next CoD is probably supposed to be released, the Reveal already takes place in Season 5. Let’s see which operators the next game in the series will bring us.
What do you think of the sometimes crazy skins in Call of Duty and other modern shooters? Do you like to play as a famous rapper or a cat? Do you simply not care about operators because you only concentrate on your gameplay and hardly notice them? Or do skins that don’t match the setting get on your nerves? Feel free to let us know in the comments!
