On 12 July 2023, Riot had announced the launch of VALORANT in China. The company also invited two teams to take part in the VCT Champions 2023 to boost the region’s esports scenario ahead of the VCT China. Now, Riot has finally announced all the teams that will be a part of the upcoming Partnership League.

China has now become the 4th region in VALORANT to have a dedicated Partnership League. In this article, we will be taking a look at all the teams as well as other details that have been announced.

Who Are The 10 Teams That Will Be A Part Of The VALORANT VCT China League?

The VCT China League has been stated to begin in February 2024. The league will be taking place parallel to the other three leagues worldwide. From the league, there will 2 teams that will be selected for the first VCT Masters 2024 which is stated to take place in Madrid in March. Below are all the teams that will be in the VCT China in 2024.

One must note that, currently, all the active leagues of VALORANT have 11 teams instead of 10 due to one team qualifying through the 2023 Ascension. To keep the global VCT Leagues on the same level, Riot is hosting an Ascension tournament for China on Dec. 23, 2023. From here, one team will move on to the VCT China in 2024. Teams like BilBili Gaming and Edward Gaming have already left their mark onthe international VALORANT scene following their performance in VCT Champions 2023. With VCT Masters set to take place in Shanghai next year, it will be interesting to see how Chinese teams perform on their home turf.
