WithoutPixels opens $130,000 worth of CS:GO cases and just doesn’t get rewarded

WithoutPixel hosted one of the biggest case openings ever recorded. He opened boxes, sticker capsules and souvenir packs in CS:GO worth a total of almost 130,000 US dollars. But unfortunately, his haul remained small. For he was left with only skins worth 4,000 US dollars.

Netheless, he had a peak audience of 250,000 during the most expensive case opening.

What makes case openings so interesting?

If you are very lucky, you can get hold of very rare and expensive skins when opening the cases. Streamers always advise against doing case openings because the losses are usually too high. If you want a skin, you should buy it in the shop instead of hoping for luck.

Even old cases that are eight or nine years old have a big risk, as they already cost several thousand dollars to buy. So the chance of making a profit is very small. Because most skins don’t make up for the purchase price.

withoutPixel loses boxes worth over 100,000

It’s important to note that withoutPixel didn’t lose his own money. He got the boxes on the condition that he opens them.

He kept his promise and thus turned a massive amount of money into dust in front of an audience of just under 250,000.

Viewers described the stream as a “heart-pounding experience”. He drew an AK-47 StatTrak, which unfortunately didn’t have the pattern he wanted, which would have made him a millionaire right away.

In addition, he did not draw a single knife over the entire opening and always narrowly missed an AK-47 with the 661 pattern at various moments.

Even if the end of the opening was a disaster, ohnePixel at least entertained his audience well. He was the Twitch streamer with the most viewers at the time of the opening.
